For Munich Re’s evolving brand system, I led visual direction and digital design across interactive brochures, display advertising, and CRM concept extensions. The goal was to create a flexible campaign framework that could scale across channels and adapt to different product offerings while maintaining clarity, trust, and brand consistency.

To support multiple lines of business within the same campaign framework, color blocking and imagery were used strategically to differentiate between personal lines and service line offerings while preserving overall brand recognition. Variations in layout, messaging emphasis, and visual tone were also developed to support A/B testing and performance optimization across placements.

Campaign Extension: Email Concepts
To support a cohesive multi-channel rollout, I adapted the display creative into email concepts built from the same visual system, adjusting color application and messaging emphasis to reflect different offerings while preserving overall brand recognition. Layouts were designed with modular content blocks to support flexible CRM deployment and future campaign variations.
