Seasonal, promotion-led email campaigns designed to drive showroom traffic and service bookings
Role: Design Lead and Developer, responsible for designing custom, brand-compliant email campaigns across multiple clients and CRM environments. Led visual direction while ensuring technical execution aligned with each dealership’s platform requirements.
Process: Each campaign began with rapid wireframe exploration to define hierarchy and messaging, followed by development of a seasonal theme and color palette aligned to the offer. Sourced and art-directed automotive imagery, designed hero visuals and supporting assets, and built modular, responsive HTML templates. Final emails were tested in Litmus and optimized for performance across devices and email clients.
