My role: Design Lead and Art Director: Met with client to discuss project details. After conducting research and gathering materials, I proceeded to create sketches and wireframes. Three design concepts were presented from Figma (In this case I had three strong layouts I wanted to show). When the chosen design was finalized and approved for production, I developed the HTML email template and uploaded to Marketo CRM for deployment.
Objective
This Marketo email campaign needed to raise awareness about a streamlined process for completing prior authorization prescriptions that are guaranteed to be accepted by health insurance companies.
The Brief:
Uses responsive design to ensure the email adapts to various screen sizes.
Focused on a clean, uncluttered design and kept images and text blocks simple to enhance readability.
Used larger buttons and color blocking to make it easy for users to understand and navigate.
