Role: Veeva Email Developer (SME), and Lead Designer
Process: The emails were initially sketched and then laid out in Figma. After receiving approval, PDFs were prepared and redlined then pushed through the PRC approval process in Veeva. Once final approval from the FDA was granted, the emails were converted into an HTML template with the appropriate Veeva tokens. They were then optimized by testing in Litmus before being uploaded, pusjed through Veeva CRM and tested in Salesforce.

The marketing team asked for a Veeva Approved, rep-triggered email to drive traffic to a landing page and TV commercial campaign.
In this case, the marketer had a printed piece that they wanted to utilize to create a Veeva Approved rep-trippgered email from.
The marketer had a previous version of this email but wanted to "change the look" utilizing brand colors and keeping the same content.
