Whether I'm developing a presentation system from the ground up or redesigning a single slide, I approach every project with the same systems-thinking mindset. I look beyond the immediate request to create solutions that improve clarity, establish consistent visual hierarchy, and scale across future content.

Scalable Content Framework

What began as a request to improve the consistency, readability, and aesthetics of two slides became an opportunity to build a reusable content system. I reorganized dense scientific information into a modular card framework with standardized typography, iconography, spacing, and content hierarchy. Each card was designed to expand or contract based on content while maintaining a consistent visual structure, making complex information easier to scan, understand, and reuse across future presentations.

Medical Affairs Presentation Framework

Designed a modular Medical Affairs presentation system that balanced brand consistency with a distinct visual identity. By expanding the color palette, refining typography, and introducing subtle logo-inspired gradients, I created a flexible framework that supported complex scientific content while making future presentations easier to customize and maintain.

The system included reusable layouts for agendas, study overviews, data visualizations, comparison tables, process diagrams, and section dividers—giving internal teams a consistent foundation for future Medical Affairs presentations.

Meeting Presentation Refresh

Refined an existing case study presentation by reorganizing complex clinical content into a clearer visual hierarchy. Through multiple design explorations, I simplified layouts, strengthened typography, and improved content flow while preserving approved messaging and brand standards. The result was a presentation that was easier to present, easier to follow, and easier to maintain.

A series of modular case study layouts improved readability while maintaining approved content and brand consistency across the presentation.

Hugel Aesthetics
Letybo® Presentation System

Designed a scalable presentation system for Hugel Aesthetics, beginning with a custom PowerPoint template and expanding into a fully animated learning presentation. I created a library of reusable layouts, incorporated custom illustrations, infographics, section dividers, and branded visual elements that established a cohesive visual language throughout the deck. By refining the information hierarchy, reorganizing content, and integrating thoughtful animation, complex educational material was turned into a more engaging and intuitive presentation.
